Steve Elwood founded Elwood Realty Services in 2008 as a full service real estate brokerage firm committed to providing the highest level of service and advice to both our customers and clients.
Steve began his real estate career in 1981 with a large local company as a listing and selling realtor-associate. His hard work and acquired expertise earned him a county wide reputation for excellence.
Steve was instrumental in the design and marketing of several of Gainesville’s most sought after residential communities. He developed an innovative statistical market analysis tool that became the prototype of the tool used by multiple listing services and is relied on by realtors and bankers alike. He has trained and managed dozens of realtors, and remains active in the market today.
Our very well trained associates average over twelve years of experience in the Gainesville residential real estate market and over twenty-five years as residents of Gainesville. Our backgrounds include careers in law, banking, teaching, business management and even politics.
